By utilizing the Addlab Application, customers are permitted to upload Reels they own, which must either be created by the user or be unowned viral Reels. The uploaded Reels should not exceed 2mb in size and must adhere to dimensions of 1080w x 1920h. Offensive content, content that may incite public unrest, or violate public sentiment must not be uploaded. Normal Reels are permissible.
Upon uploading the Reel to Addlab Application, customers agree to allow others to upload their information on the uploaded Reel and download it without objection. This grants permission for the Reel to be remixed and used by others. However, please note that Addlab Application does not guarantee the display of uploaded Reels, and users cannot insist on the display of their Reel.
Upon uploading, Addlab Application reserves the right to display the Reel within the application at their discretion."
As you may be aware, Addlab Application serves as a platform for its users to upload and share Reel videos, both viral content from social media and original creations. We have two types of users on our platform: paid users and free users, who have the privilege of uploading and downloading Reel videos using their personal information.
While the vast majority of Reel videos shared on Addlab Application are created and uploaded by our users, we understand that, in this age of social media, certain Reels may exhibit similarities with others. We want to clarify that such resemblances do not imply any unauthorized use of personal Reel content by Addlab Application.
However, if you firmly believe that a Reel video on Addlab Application is your own original creation and has been shared without proper authorization, we encourage you to Contact us immediately and Please notify us promptly by calling us at (+91 9960184676) or reaching out via email at (theaddlabs@gmail.com). By contacting us, our Addlab team will promptly investigate the matter further.
In your communication with us, kindly provide more detailed information about the relevant graphics or Reel video, establishing its authenticity as your original work. If we find a clear-cut 100% similarity with the content you claim to own, we assure you that we will promptly remove the Reel video from Addlab Application.

To clarify, while Addlab Application does engage in certain in-house graphics designing, a significant portion, more than 95%, of our graphic design work is outsourced to a diverse pool of graphic designers hailing from various corners of India. These dedicated professionals contribute their exceptional skills to create original graphics designs and videos in accordance with their individual artistic flair.
We emphasize our unwavering commitment to respecting copyright and intellectual property rights. We have strictly instructed all our graphics designers not to engage in any form of content duplication or take even the slightest inspiration from copyrighted materials. Therefore, any perceived similarities between certain graphics or videos on our platform and those circulating on social media should not be misconstrued as an indication of unauthorized copying by Addlab Application or our outsourced graphics designers.
If you encounter any graphic in Addlab Application that you genuinely believe to be an unauthorized copy of your work, we earnestly request that you promptly inform us of your concerns. Addlab supports the protection of intellectual property and asks Addlab merchants to do the same. It’s our policy to respond to all notices of alleged copyright infringement. If someone believes that one of our merchants is infringing their intellectual property rights, they can send a Legal Take-down Notice to Addlab’s designated grievance office. Upon receiving a Take-down Notice, we may remove or disable access to the Materials claimed to be a copyright infringement. Once provided with a notice of takedown, the merchant can reply with a counter-notification using our form if they object to the complaint. The original complainant has 14 business days after we receive a counter-notification to seek a court order restraining the merchant from engaging in the infringing activity, otherwise, we restore the material.
